Our journey began in 2018 when our founder, Augustine Ukor, NP, saw firsthand how patients struggled to access care. After years of working in traditional clinical settings, he envisioned a practice that would meet patients where they are - literally and figuratively.

Augustine Ukor, AGNP-C, is a board-certified Nurse Practitioner providing personalized care to adolescents, adults, and seniors through virtual and mobile services. He specializes in acute and chronic disease management, weight management, IV hydration therapy, elder care, and men’s health.

With a compassionate, patient-first approach, he is dedicated to helping individuals manage health conditions, recover from illness, and achieve lasting wellness—all from the comfort of home or assisted living.

Virtual visits are conducted through a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. After scheduling your appointment, you'll receive a link via email or text to join the video call at your scheduled time. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection. This service is ideal for consultations, follow-ups, medication management, and discussing test results.

We accept most major insurance plans for in-office and virtual visits. For mobile visits, payment is typically due at the time of service, though we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm coverage for mobile healthcare services.

Yes, when clinically appropriate, we can prescribe medications during virtual visits. Certain controlled substances may require an in-person visit depending on state regulations. We can also manage refills for existing prescriptions during virtual appointments.

We strive to see patients as quickly as possible. For urgent concerns, we offer same-day or next-day appointments for both in-office and virtual visits. Mobile visits are typically scheduled within 48 hours, depending on location and availability.
