Our journey began in 2018 when our founder, Augustine Ukor, NP, saw firsthand how patients struggled to access care. After years of working in traditional clinical settings, he envisioned a practice that would meet patients where they are - literally and figuratively.

Today, we've grown into a comprehensive healthcare practice serving hundreds of patients across our community, offering office visits, virtual telehealth, and mobile services that bring care directly to your doorstep.

After scheduling your appointment, you'll receive a link via email or text to join the video call at your scheduled time. All you need is a smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection. This service is ideal for consultations, follow-ups, medication management, and discussing test results.

We accept most major insurance plans for in-office and virtual visits. For mobile visits, payment is typically due at the time of service, though we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm coverage for mobile healthcare services.

Yes, when clinically appropriate, we can prescribe medications during virtual visits. Certain controlled substances may require an in-person visit depending on state regulations. We can also manage refills for existing prescriptions during virtual appointments.
